** Maggie Mae**
Maggie Mae is a 22" center seam style bear that has been created from a very soft rusty blonde English mohair with matching wool felt paw pads. She peers through big German glass eyes to give her a sweet innocent look, and has a hand stitched nose, mouth and claws with airbrushed accents. Maggie Mae is fully jointed with hardboard discs and locknuts and has been slightly understuffed with a combination of pellets and poly-fil to make her a very huggable bear. She has wire ARMATURES in her arms AND legs so she can free stand all by herself and hug her teddy bear. Maggie Mae is wearing a vintage handmade dress from 1942. It is made of Liberty print cotton from England with little pink, yellow and green flowers on it. The neckline is heavily smocked and the sleeves are trimmed w/smocking as well. I have completed her look with a straw hat with flowers and a big off white sheer bow that has been tea dyed and slightly aged to match her dress. Maggie Mae is wearing little white anklet socks with lace edging and brown leather-like shoes. Maggie Mae's adoption wouldn't be complete without her compainion, Lil' Ted. This is a ONE OF A KIND SET! Her adoption fee is 450. **ADOPTED**

Archibald
Im so pleased to introduce to you my latest CENTER SEAM bear, Archibald. Archibald is an 18" sweet little boy that has been created out of a luscious curly cream colored Schulte mohair with wool felt paw pads. He peers through German glass eyes with white wool felt peeking out and accented with black cord for eyelids (its hard to see in the photos). He has hand painted highlights around his nose and mouth to give him a very sweet and innocent look. His nose and mouth have been handstitched and lightly waxed. Archibald is fully jointed with hardboard discs and locknuts and has been stuffed with a combination of poly-fil and pellets for added weight and huggablity. He is wearing a vintage child's dark grey wool sailor suit with the original black tie. I have added a tan ribbon around the collar of his uniform, as the original cording was in pretty bad shape. I have given Archibald a tan hat to accent his uniform and an American Legion Delegate metal that reads "Thank God Im An American". Archibald is a ONE OF A KIND bear! Archibald is currently available on ebay with a reserve price of 395 **ADOPTED**

Capt. Crows-Nest
Capt Crows Nest is a big stout boy standing at 23" tall. He is a center seam design made from a wonderful rich rust colored English mohair with wool felt paw pads. He peers through German glass eyes that I have backed with wool felt to match his paw pads and has a hand sculpted fimo nose and a stitched mouth. To add more detail to this wonderful character, I have lightly airbrushed around his facial features to enhance them. Capt Crows Nest is fully jointed with hardboard discs and locknuts and has been firmly stuffed with a combination of pellets and excelsior. He is wearing a pirates jacket and matching pants that have been handmade from a light blue velvet material and a satin off white ruffle shirt. His outfit has been handmade and she didnt miss a beat! Tons of details make this outfit breathtaking! He even has lace ruffles around his neck & cuffs! I have made Capt Crows Nest an eyepatch out of wool felt and tied on with ribbon, so it is easily removeable if you choose to do so. I have made The Captain a primitive crow out a lined muslin that I have painted and distressed. He has button eyes and a mustard colored beak. I have designed him with a bent down tail so he can hook onto Capt. Crows Nest's arm or shoulder. This is a ONE OF A KIND SET!!

Er-Lian
I am so excited so introduce you to Er-Lian (meaning "two faces" in Chinese). Er-Lian has been a vision in my head for a long time and I finally got up the courage to make this very unique and unusal bear! Er-Lian is a 17" CENTERSEAM bear that has been created out of a beautiful black and off white Schulte mohair with wool felt paw pads. He peers through German glass eyes and has a hand stitched nose and mouth on his "goofy" side and a hand sculpted fimo nose on his "serious" side. I have airbrushed his eyepatches as well as highlighted his facial features. His goofy side has rosey red cheeks and hand painted whites under his eyes, as well as a grin from ear to ear! I have completed his look with a handmade wool felt hat that is black on one side and if you turn it around, it is pink, green and yellow with flowers and buttons on the other side. I have given him an antique collar that has a big black bow on one side, so you can have a serious bear, or if you prefer a more goofy bear, I have added wool felt flower with big button centers to the back side. His outfit is interchangable and I have added several photos to his auction to show you his many faces |
